‘Myuthafoo’ was written at the same time as ‘Ecstatic Computation’ (2019), which Barbieri regards as a sister album. Both albums are based on creative sequencing processes that playfully unravel Barbieri’s deep- rooted interest in time, space, memory and emotion.
