Description
A quick drying, modified vinyl primer. Used as a tie coat or as a sealer for an antifouling system to be compliant with IMO Antifouling System Convention (AFS/ CONF/26). Can also be used as a primer/touch-up primer under alkyd and acrylic coatings for steel structures.
