Description
Keane’s fourth studio album, originally released in 2012, is a return to the massive, piano-led rousers that characterised their debut album Hopes and Fears. Keane have always combined an effortless musicianship with a keen understanding of big melodies and communal feeling and on Strangeland this is no different. Strangeland sidesteps the sparkly synth touches of previous album ‘Perfect Symmetry’ and gets personal with singer Tom Chaplin’s lyrics and vocals often touching and stirring at the same time.
