Love It To Life is the fifth studio album from Jesse Malin and was conceived after he was asked to pen some songs for a film based on the life of writer J.D. Salinger. Produced by Ted Hutt (The Gaslight Anthem, Flogging Molly) and recorded at Sonic Youths Think Tank Studios, the album sees Malin joined by The St. Marks Social a revolving collection of musicians including Ryan Adams, Don DiLago and Brian Fallon. Love It To Life is filled with Malins storytelling folk-punk sound inspired by the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Joe Strummer and The Hold Steady.
