Thelonious strips it to the muscle and, in doing so, spotlights Jimmy Copley’s legendary break while tightening the groove for modern floors. Flip it, and the vibe turns cinematic with the S.S.O. Orchestra’s ‘Faded Lady’, which glows with lush strings, velvet bass and deep soul texture.
