Description
Acknowledged as one of the finest musicians that the British Isles has ever produced, and with a career that dated back to the 1960s, there were few musical genres that Gary Moore had not turned his adroit musical hand to. Gracing the line-ups of several notable rock bands Thin Lizzy, Colosseum II and (the original) Skid Row, in his time he also established himself as a world-class guitarist, with few equals. The late-70s and early-80s were characterized by Moores restless search for the best musical settings for his talents. A reunion with Phil Lynott produced the powerful hit single Out In The Fields which anchored his sixth studio effort Run For Cover (1975). The album also includes a charting remake of his ballad Empty Rooms from his previous album and further famous guest appearances by Glenn Hughes of Deep Purple and Paul Thompson of Roxy Music.
